For any application, E-PIKE SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD has a complete plan of ceramic and plastic structured packing. In addition, we also design, supply and delivery a full range of (conventional) trays and internals about random packing and structured packing.

（1）陶瓷规整填料 Ceramic Structured Packing
陶瓷规整填料由陶瓷波纹板构成，相邻波纹片的倾角方向相对于垂直的塔轴方向是相反的，这促进液体和气流的放射式分布混合更紧密。
Ceramic Structured packing is made of a ceramic plate, the inclination directions of adjacent corrugated sheet is opposite to the direction of vertical tower, which promote liquid and gas flow distribution of radial mixing closer.

（2）金属规整填料 Metal structured packing
宜兴依派克科技有限公司金属规整填料具有优异的液体分布特性、卓越的效率和处理能力。MTE金属规整填料可以增强传质能力并降低理论塔板数量。
E-PIKE SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD Structured packing exhibits exceptional liquid-spreading characteristics that result in excellent efficiency/capacity combinations. MTE Structured packing provides enhanced mass transfer and lower HETP.

根据比表面积分类有下规格：
500 m²/m³, 350 m²/m³, 250 m²/m³, 170 m²/m³, 125 m²/m³ and 90 m²/m³.

金属波纹填料 Metal Corrugated Packing	金属丝网填料 Metal Wire Mesh Packing

宜兴依派克科技有限公司规整填料可以用金属薄板、丝网等材料，标准不锈钢材质（如410S, 304, 316, 316L, 316Ti和904L等），也可用哈氏合金、铝、铜、钛材、蒙乃尔铜-镍合金等材料。尺寸和规格可按客户要求设计加工。
E-PIKE SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD Metal Structured packing is made from different types of material (sheet metal, expanded metal or wire mesh) and standard available in most common stainless steels like 410S, 304, 316, 316L, 316Ti and 904L. Also other materials are available like Hastelloy, aluminum, copper, titanium, monel, etc. The Dimension are designed by customer’s requirement.

（2）蜂窝陶瓷填料 Honeycomb Ceramic Packing
