催化剂保护剂是用于保护炼油化工催化剂的一种具有催化活性及过滤保护效果的填料，装填于催化反应器中催化剂的底部和上部，用于取代传统的陶瓷填料球或陶瓷填料环。因为该产品由再生催化剂经粉碎、研磨、加粘接剂成形、锻烧等工艺制成，所以它仍具有很高的催化活性。而且保护剂中有大量的直径约10nm的连通微孔，其气孔率超过50％，因而炼油原料中的约直径10nm以上的杂质可以被保护剂中的微孔过滤，从而达到净化原料、保护催化剂的目的。
Description:Catalyst protective agent is a sort of packing with the features of catalyst activity and filtration-and-protection used to protect catalyst in oil refining .It is loaded on the bottom and the top of catalyst in the catalyst reactor to take place of traditional ceramic packing balls or ceramic packing rings.The catalyst protective agent has high catalyst activity, because it was made up of reused catalyst which was went through the processes of crushing, grinding, gluing into a type and calcination. In addition.there are many some 10nm micropore whose porosity is above 50% in protective agent, thus the impurity whose diameter is larger than 10nm in oil refining can be filtrated by micropore to achieve the aim of purifying the material and protecting catalyst.
